Over the last year and a half numerous articles and news stories have appeared in both the mainstream media and conservative publications concerning the massive stock piling of arms and ammunition by several Federal agencies including FEMA and Homeland Security. (Something Big Is Going On and THE BROWN SHIRTS ARE HERE!!!! ) Although much speculation has been offered about the federal stockpiling no official statement has been made by the Obama Administration. The explanation offered in the video below seems not only practical but very probable.
